Jonathan started working in financial services in 1986 and for the past 20 years has specialised in arranging finance for top-end property transactions. Having worked so long in the industry, he understands the various challenges of the market and draws on his extensive experience to match the client to the right lender, ensuring the right terms are achieved. Jonathan also has a good understanding of the development finance market and has worked with some of the highest profile developers in prime central London. Jonathan is often asked for his opinion by journalists writing for national newspapers and the specialist mortgage press. 

Calum specialises in the self-build & development sector. He spent the past 20 years arranging finance for these schemes but is now responsible for introducing cases that require bespoke advice. Calum has close relationships with the specialist lenders working in this market and is often asked to help develop products to best suit borrowers and lenders alike. 

David is Forensic’s business development consultant, responsible for bringing on new introducers. He enjoyed an illustrious career in the City, from derivatives trading at Salomon Brothers to setting up a floor team for CMM, dealers to the Federal Reserve, and a stint as a broker for Bank of America. After leaving the City, David set up a highly-profitable limited company and is fully aware of the difficulties involved in raising capital. Over the past decade, David has facilitated high-end negotiations with blue-chip companies such as Rolls Royce, The Saga Group, British Airways, Mercedes Benz and London Underground.

Will is Forensic’s operations and administration consultant, responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes, primarily by providing broker and IT support. After studying accountancy and business studies, Will went on to set up a successful property management firm.
